KALATHAPPAM-  A SPICY VEGETABLE SNACK

INGREDIENTS

RAW RICE - 1 CUP
COOKED RICE - 1/4 CUP

GRATED COCONUT- 1/2 CUP

ONION- 1; CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES - 3
CORIANDER LEAVES- CHOPPED

OIL
GHEE- 1/4 CUP
SALT

PREPARATION

GRIND RAW AND COOKED RICE  AND GRATED COCONUT BY ADDING HALF CUP OF WATER

ADD ONION, GREEN CHILLIES , SALT AND BLEND WELL
ADD THE CORIANDER LEAVES
MIX WELL

HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN A PAN

POUR A LADLE FULL OF BATTER 
SPREAD LIKE A DOSA
COOK BOTH SIDES

SERVE HOT
