INGREDIENTS

WHEAT FLOUR/ATTA- 1 CUP

SALT- 
WATER

PREPARATION

TAKE WHEAT FLOUR IN A VESSEL

BOIL WATER AND ADD SALT INTO IT

SLOWLY ADD THIS TO WHEAT FLOUR 
MIX IT TO FORM A SOFT DOUGH
KNEAD IT UNTIL SMOOTH

MAKE IT INTO EQUAL BALLS
ROLL IT IN A PRESSER OR USING ROLLER

USE FLOUR NOT TO AVOID STICKING

HEAT A PAN

FIRST FRY ONE SIDE FOR 1 MINUTE
THEN TURN IT

ALLOW THE OTHER SIDE TO GET COOKED

WHEN COOKED TURN THAT SIDE
REMOVE WHEN IT RISES
