ONION-3 FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATOES-3; FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE, FINELY CHOPPED
GARLIC- 4 FINELY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS- 2 TEASPOONS
GREEN CHILLY- 5; FINELY CHOPPED
OIL- 50 ML
RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER POWDER- 2 TABLESPOONS
TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TABLESPOON
GARAM MASALA/ ALL SPICES POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON
BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON
SALT -AS PER TASTE
SUGAR- A PINCH
CORIANDER LEAVES
PREPARATION
COOK POTATOTOES WITHOUT CRUSHING.
ADD OIL IN A HEAT PAN. SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS.
ADD GARLIC, GINGER, AND GREEN CHILLIES
FRY ONION TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
THEN ADD TOMATOES. FRY FOR 2 MINUTES.
ADD ALL POWDERS
ADD COOKED POTATOES, SALT AND SUGAR
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
