A MARATHI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

RICE FLOUR- 1 1/2 CUPS
BESAN/  GRAM FLOUR- 1/2 CUP

BUTTER-1/4 CUP

GREEN CHILLIES- 3-4 FINELY CHOPPED

CORIANDER POWDER-1 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEES POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON
TURMERIC POWDER-1/2 TABLESPOON

CURD-1 TABLESPOON
SALT

OIL

PREPARATION

MIX BOTH FLOURS WELL
MIX IT WITH ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL

PREPARE A DOUGH BY ADDING WARM WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE 
KNEAD WELL TO FORM A SOFT DOUGH

GREASE THE MURUKKU/ CHAKKALI FRAME

PUT A PART OF DOUGH

PRESS IT INTO HOT BOILING OIL

DEEP FRYIN OIL IN MEDIUM FLAME TILL GOLDEN BROWN
