GRIND THESE INGREDIENTS INTO A FINE PASTE
ADD THIS TO THE COOKED VEGETABLES
FOR SEASONING
COCONUT OIL- 3 TABLESPOONS
MUSTARD- 1/2 TABLESPOON
SHALLOTS-4 ; FINELY CHOPPED OR CRUSHED
CURRY LEAVES - 1 SPRIG
DRIED RED CHILLIES- 3
ADD OIL IN A HOT PAN
SAUTE WITH THESE INGREDIENTS
