SQUID- CURRY LEAVES FRY / KOONTHAL - KARIVEPPILA FRY
INGREDIENTS
KOONTHAL / SQUID - 200 G
RED Chilly powder - 2 TABLEspoonS
Turmeric powder - 1/2 TABLEspoon
Coriander POWDER - 1/2 TABLEspoon
Oil - 2 TABLEspoonS
Lemon juice
Curry leaves
Salt
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients with little water.
Marinate the squid with the masala and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Fry it in a tava by adding oil.
