IF THERE IS EXCESS WATER ADD SUFFICIENT RICE FLOUR
MIX WELL WITH SALT
MAKE SMALL BALLS
PRESS WITH YOUR HANDS LIKE POORI
NOW HEAT OIL IN A WOK
DEEP FRY BOTH SIDES
IT WILL PUFFS UP
