MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL
MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH THE MIXTURE
KEEP ASIDE FOR 2 HOURS PREFERABLY IN A REFRIGERATOR

MIX WELL WITH SALT

NOW HEAT OIL IN A WOK
DEEP FRY BOTH SIDES
