CAULIFLOWER-TOMATO ROAST


INGREDIENTS

CAULIFLOWER -1
TOMATOES -2; CHOPPED
ONION - 2 ;CHOPPED
GARLIC -4 CLOVES;CHOPPED
GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE; CUT LENGTH WISE

CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TEASPOON ; CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES- 4 ; CHOPPED

RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TABLESPOONS
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TABLESPOON
ALL SPICES POWDER/GARAM MASALA - 1 TEASPOON
SALT
OIL- 1/2 CUP

PREPARATION

COOK CAULIFLOWER WITH SOME TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT IN WATER

TAKE A PAN AND HEAT OIL.

ADD CUMIN SEEDS.  WHEN IT SPLUTTER ADD ONION.  FRY IT TILL GOLDEN BROWN.

THEN ADD GARLIC-GINGER- GREEN CHILLIES.  FRY FOR A MINUTE.

ADD TOMATOES.FRY FOR A MINUTE

ADD ALL POWDERS.  FRY TILL ITS RAW SMELL GOES.

THEN ADD COOKED CAULIFLOWER AND SALT.  COOK WELL.

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND REMOVE FROM FLAME
