INGREDIENTS

BIG YELLOW LEMON-2
SALT- AS TO TASTE
VINEGAR-1/4TH CUP
GINGER- 2 INCH PIECE, FINELY CHOPPED
GARLIC- 6 CLOVES; FINELY CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES - 8; FINELY CHOPPED
CURRY LEAVES-4
BOILED, COOLED WATER- 3 TABLESPOONS


PREPARATION


CUT LEMON INTO VERY SMALL PIECES.

MIX ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A GLASS BOTTLE. 

KEEP IT ASIDE FOR A DAY

YOUR PICKLE IS READY TO USE.
