SHALLOTS/SMALL ONIONS-4 IN NOS
GREEN CHILLY 2
RED CHILLY-1
CURRY LEAVES-7
GINGER-2 INCH PIECE CHOPPED FINELY
SALT
CURD-3 TABLESPOONS
LITTLE WATER
OIL-2 TABLESPOONS
PREPARATION
MIX GRATED COCONUT, SHALLOTS, GINGER, RED CHILLY, SALT, CURD, GREEN CHILLY IN A GRINDER AND GRIND INTO SMOOTH PASTE.
TAKE A VESSEL AND POUR OIL. WHEN IT BECOMES HOT, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS. WHEN IT SPLUTTER ADD CURRY LEAVES.
THEN THE GRINDED PASTE.
LET IT JUST GET HEATED.
AND YOUR COCONUT CHUTNEY IS READY.
