INGREDIENTS

CASHEW NUTS- 10

TAKE A DATE FRUIT. 
CAREFULLY REMOVE ITS SEED
PLACE CESHEWNUT INSIDE THE DATE AND CLOSE IT WITH MILD PRESSING BY FINGERS


FOR BATTER

MAIDA/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 CUP
(YOU CAN ALSO USE ATTA/ WHEAT FLOUR)
EGG - 1
SALT- A PINCH
SUGAR- 4 TABLESPOONS
WATER- TO MAKE A THICK BATTER
ORANGE YELLOW COLOUR/ TURMERIC POWDER- A PINCH (OPTIONAL)

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A THICK BATTER.
YOU CAN BEAT IT IN THE MIXER TO ASSURE COMPLETE MIXING.
MAKE SURE THE BATTER IS THICK AND THERE ARE NO LUMPS

TO FRY

OIL-1 CUP

HEAT A KADAI/WOK
POUR OIL

DIP EACH DATE PIECES IN THE BATTER
FRY BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
