INGREDIENTS
POTATOES-2
SALT- AS REQUIRED
OIL- 1 CUP
PREPARATION
PEEL THE POTATOES AND WASH IT
SLICE IT INTO LONG PIECES IN THE SHAPE OF FRENCH FRIES
TAKE 1/2 BOWL WATER AND ADD 1 TABLESPOON FULL SALT.
PUT THE POTATO PIECES IN IT.
ALLOW THE POTATO PIECES TO BECOME SALTY
KEEP ASIDE FOR 2 HOURS
AFTER 2 HOURS DRAIN WATER FROM POTATOES. KEEP IT FOR 1 HOUR SO THAT THE WHOLE WATER GOES OFF AND POTATOES BECOME DRY
WHEN DRIED FRY THE POTATOES IN OIL
FRY WELL SO THAT IT BECOMES CRISPY
TIPS
IF YOU WANT MORE SPICY, MIX IT WITH CHILLY POWDER OR PEPPER POWDER
