PREPARATION
MIX ALL WELL AND PREPARE A SMOOTH DOUGH.
COVER WITH A WET CLOTH FOR SOME TIME
MAKE INTO ALMOST 20 EQUAL BALLS.
MAKE EACH INTO A THIN CHAPPATI
FOR FILLING
POTATOES-3
GREEN PEAS- 1 CUP
ONION CHOPPED- 2
GREEN CHILLIES- 4
RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON
TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TEASPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES
SALT
GHEE/BUTTER
PREPARATION
COOKED CHOPPED POTATOES AND GREEN PEAS.
HEAT OIL.
FRY ONION TILL ITS RAW SMELL GOES.
ADD GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER LEAVES, SALT AND POWDERS.
TAKE OFF FROM FLAME
ADD COOKED POTATOES TO HALF OF THE MASALA.
TO THE REST OF THE MASALA ADD GREEN PEAS.
STUFFING
TAKE 1 CHAPPATI. SPREAD POTATO FILLING
PLACE ANOTHER CHAPPATI ABOVE THIS.SPREAD GREEN PEAS MASALA.
PLACE ONE MORE CHAPPATI ABOVE THIS.
PASTE THE SIDES OF CHAPPATI USING WATER
FRY IN A PAN
SPREAD GHEE/BUTTER
SERVE BY CUTTING INTO PIECES
