PARIPPU/ MASOOR DAL CURRY IN GHEE


INGREDIENTS

PARIPPU/ MASOOR DAL -1/2 CUP
WATER-  AS REQUIRED TO BOIL PARIPPU
GHEE- 2 TABLESPOONS
GREEN CHILLIES- 3
SALT AS TO TASTE

PREPARATION


COOK PARIPPU /DAAL AND SALT IN WATER UNTIL THREE-FOURTH OF DAAL IS COOKED.

TAKE A PAN.  
HEAT GHEE.  ADD CHOPPED  GREEN CHILLIES
ALSO ADD 4-5 CURRY LEAVES.
ADD PARIPPU/ DAAL.
LET IT BOIL FOR 1 MINUTE.
