 COCONUT-1/2 CUP                                     
 TAMARIND- 2 INCH PIECE                                
 CUMIN SEEDS-  A PINCH                               
 GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE                                 
 RED CHILLIES- 3       
SALT


PREPARATION

SHALLOW FRY SHALLOTS AND DRIED RED CHILLIES

GRIND ALL INGREDIENTS WELL.
