Ingredients (No Maida):

½ cup milk

1 egg

2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

½ tsp cardamom powder (optional, for flavor)

2 tbsp ghee or butter (for frying)
Instructions:

Whisk together milk, egg, sugar, and cardamom (if using).
