INGREDIENTS

BLACK PEPPER CORNS- 100GRAMS
DRIED RED CHILLIES- 50 G
OR
(PAPRIKA- 100 G) 
CINNAMON-10G
CORIANDER SEEDS- 100 G
CUMIN SEEDS- 100 G
CLOVES- 2G
NUTMEG- 5 G   
CARDAMOM SEEDS-6 G
TURMERIC - 30 G

PREPARATION

MIX ALL THE SPICES AND BLEND WELL INTO A POWDER

STORE IT IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
