LIME- 6
MUSTARD - 2 TABLESPOONS
TURMERIC POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON
OIL- 200 ML
SALT
PREPARATION
GRIND MUSTARD TO A COARSE POWDER
CUT LEMON INTO 4 PIECES
SLIT GREEN CHILLIES AND CUT THEM INTO HALF INCH LONG PIECE
MIX POWDERED MUSTARDS AND TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT WITH GREEN CHILLIES AND LIME
PUT THEM IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
POUR OIL ON TOP
SHAKE WELL
