PREPARATION
COOK TAPIOCA WITH 1/2 TABLESPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT
HEAT OIL IN A PAN
SAUTE CRUSHED SHALLOTS
FRY TURMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILLY POWDER TILL RAW SMELL GOES
ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND CURRY LEAVES
FRY FOR 1-2 MINUTES
NOW ADD 1 CUP WATER AND SALT TO COOK SARDINES
WHEN FISH IS COOKED ADD GAMBOOGE AND COOKED TAPIOCA
MIX WELL
COOK INTO A THICK GRAVY
