STRAIN IT THROUGH A MUSLIN / COTTON CLOTH
TIGHT IT WITH A TIGHT KNOT
WHEN ALL THE WATER IS DRAINED FROM IT , UNWRAP
SHAPE IT INTO A LARGE RECTANGULAR BLOCK
WRAP IT PROPERLY
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
CUT IT INTO CUBES
