THE BATTER SHOULD HAVE A DOSA LIKE THICK CONSISTENCY
SMEAR GHEE IN AN EARTHERN OR MUD CHATTI OR NON STICK APPAM CHATTI,
POUR 1 LADLE FULL BATTER TO FORM A ROUND APPAM
COVER IT
COOK ONLY ONE SIDE
SMALL HOLES WILL BE FORMED
