CUMIN SEEDS POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON
CHAAT MASALA- 1 TABLESPOON
RED CHILLY POWDER- 1/4 - 1/2 TABLESPOON (OPTIONAL)
BLACK SALT
CORIANDER LEAVES- CHOPPED TO GARNISH
PREPARATION
PEEL THE CUCUMBER
GRATE IT
IN A BOWL, BEAT THE CURD TILL SMOOTH
ADD GRATED CUCUMBER TO THIS.
ADD ALL ALL THE POWDERS
MIX WELL
ADD SALT
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
