INGREDIENTS

CAULIFLOWER-1

RED CHILLY POWDER
TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TABLESPOON
SALT

MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR-1 CUP
GRAM FLOUR-1/2 CUP
SALT
WATER

OIL

PREPARATION

SEPARATE CAULIFLOWER INTO FLORETTES

BOIL IT IN WATER WITH A PINCH TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT

DRAIN WATER

MEAN WHILE MIX RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, GRAM FLOUR, SALT AND LITTLE WATER TO FORM A THICK BATTER

HEAT OIL
DIP EACH FLORETTE IN BATTER ; POUR IT INTO THE OIL USING A SPPON

DEEP FRY FLORETTES

NOTE

YOU CAN ALSO USE EGG FOR WATER
