GINGER-1 INCH PIECE; GRATED OR CRUSHED
GREEN CHILLIES-4 CHOPPED
CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG
CORIANDER LEAVES-1 CHOPPED(OPTIONAL)

SALT

CURD-1/2 CUP 

PREPARATION

MIX ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND SERVE
