CRUSH WELL ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT RICE FLOUR
MIX IT WITH RICE FLOUR AND FORM A DOUGH BY ADDING HOT WATER
FOR BATTER

MIX WELL TO FORM A BATTER
PREPARATION
MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF RICE DOUGH
COVER THE MUSSELS WITH DOUGH
DIP IN BATTER
DEEP FRY IN OIL
