ULLI BHAJI / ONION BHAJI

INGREDIENTS

ONION-2 ; CHOPPED

GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE; CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES-6 ; CHOPPED
CURRY LEAVES- 2 SPRIGS

SALT

OIL- FOR DEEP FRY

GRAM FLOUR/ BESAN/ കടലമാവ് - 1 CUP

PREPARATION

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL ADDING LITTLE WATER TO FORM A THICK BATTER

HEAT A KADAI.  POUR OIL

POUR THE THICK BATTER USING A LADDLE
DEEP FRY BOTH SIDES
