GARAM MASALA/ ALL SPICES POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
CORNFLOUR- 1 TABLESPOON

CORIANDER LEAVES- 1 TABLESPOON

OIL

PREPARATION

COOK 1/2 CUP VERMICELLI IN WATER AND DRAIN WATER

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT UNCOOKED VERMICELLI AND OIL
MIX WELL

ROLL INTO BALLS
PRESS INTO PATTIES SHAPE
ROLL IN UNCOOKED VERMICELLI

DEEP FRY IN OIL
