MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT UNCOOKED VERMICELLI AND OIL
MIX WELL
ROLL INTO BALLS
PRESS INTO PATTIES SHAPE
ROLL IN UNCOOKED VERMICELLI
DEEP FRY IN OIL
