CABBAGE VADA

INGREDIENTS

URID DAL/ BLACK GRAM- 1 CUP
CABBAGE- 1 SMALL; FINELY CHOPPED
SALT
OIL

PREPARATION

SOAK URID DAL FOR 1 HOUR IN WATER
GRIND INTO A THICK FINE PASTE

ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE AND SALT TO THIS AND MAKE SMALL BALLS 
FLATTEN IT 

DEEP FRY IN OIL
