INGREDIENTS

ROASTED SEMOLINA- 1 CUP
EGG-1

JAGGERY- 2 -4
THICK COCONUT MILK- 2 CUPS

CARDAMOM POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
GHEE- 2 TABLESPOONS

PREPARATION

DISSOLVE JAGGERY IN LITTLE WATER

MIX IT WITH SEMOLINA AND EGG

POUR INTO A HEAVY BOTTOMED PAN GREASED WITH BUTTER
COOK IN LOW FLAME

ADD CARDAMOM POWDER

WHEN IT FORM A SOFT LUMP, REMOVE FROM FLAME

SPREAD INTO A GREASED PLATE

DECORATE WITH RAISINS AND NUTS
