COOKED PONNI RICE /PARBOILED RICE - 3 CUPS
SALT
PREPARATION
HEAT OIL
FRY BLACK GRAM
SPLUTTER MUSTARD
ADD DRIED RED CHILLIES AND FENUGREEK POWDER
MIX WELL
ADD GRATED COCONUT AND FRY TILL IT BECOMES RED
NOW ADD COOKED RICE AND SALT
MIX WELL
