CARROT-BEETROOT PICKLE


INGREDIENTS

CARROT-2
BEETROOT-1

GINGER-1 INCH PIECE, FINELY CHOPPED
GARLIC- 4 CLOVES- FINELY CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES-3; FINELY CHOPPED

SALT

ASAFOETIDA  - A PINCH
VINEGAR-4 TABLESPOONS

PREPARATION

CHOP CARROT AND BEANS INTO PIECES

MIX  GINGER, GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES WITH SALT AND ASAFOETIDA

ADD CHOPPED VEGETABLES 
ADD VINEGAR TO THIS
MIX ALL WELL

STORE IN A GLASS BOTTLE
