CHICKEN SHEEKH KABAB

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN- BONELESS- 500 G

ONION-1 ; FINELY CHOPPED

GINGER- 1 INCH PIECE; CHOPPED
GARLIC- 4 CLOVES-CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES- 3 CHOPPED

CURRY LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES

CUMIN SEEDS POWDER-1/2 TABLESPOON
GARAM MASALA / ALL SPICES POWDER-1/4 TABLESPOON
PEPPER POWDER-1/2 TABLESPOON

LEMON JUICE-1 TABLESPOON

BUTTER- 2 TABLESPOONS

SALT
OIL

PREPARATION

COOK CHICKEN WELL WITH A PINCH PEPPER POWDER AND SALT
MINCE IT 

MIX WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL
MIX WELL AND ROLL INTO SMALL BALLS

YOU CAN GRILL IT 
OR 
ROAST IT BY SPREADING IT AROUND A STICK
