APPLE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

APPLE-2

EGG-2
BUTTER-1/2 CUP
SUGAR-1 CUP

MILK - 1 CUP
MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR-1/2 CUP

BAKING POWDER-1 TABLESPOON

PREPARATION

CUT PEELED APPLE INTO VERY SMALL PIECES

BEAT EGGS, SUGAR AND BUTTER AND MIX WELL

MIX MILK, BAKING POWDER, AND ALL PURPOSE POWDER IN A BLENDER 
POUR IT IN A BOWL

ADD THE EGG MIXTURE TO THIS LITTLE BY LITTLE WITH CONTINUOUS STIRRING

BOIL THIS MIXTURE WITH APPLE INA VESSEL IN MEDIUM FLAME WITH CONTINUOUS STIRRING
REMOVE FROM FLAME WHEN A THICK CONSISTENCY IS REACHED

SERVE CHILLED
