FRUITY SCOTCH PAN CAKE

INGREDIENTS

EGGS-3; YELLOW AND WHITE KEPT SEPARATE

MAIDA / ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON

MILK- 1 CUP

RAISINS- 1 CUP
SUGAR- 2 TABLESPOONS
SALT


PREPARATION

MIX EGG WHITE, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SUGAR AND SALT IN A BOWL

BEAT EGG WHITE IN A SEPARATE BOWL AND ADD THIS TO THE MIXTURE

IN A  NONSTICK PAN; SPREAD 1 LADLE OF BATTER  LIKE A PAN CAKE
AND COOK
