INGREDIENTS

CARROT-1 
YAM / ചേന- 1/4
WHITE PUMPKIN/  കുമ്പളങ്ങ -1/4
VELLARI- 1/4
SNAKE GOURD / പടവലങ്ങ- 1/4
 RAW BANANA-1
SMALL ONION-4
ONION-1
TOMATO-1
GREEN CHILLIES-3
FRENCH BEANS-1/4 CUP
LONG BEANS-1/4 CUP
POTATO-1
DRUM STICK-1

SALT

 WATER

GRATED COCONUT-1/2 CUP
SHALLOTS-4
FENNEL SEEDS-1 TABLESPOON
GINGER-1 INCH PIECE

TO SAUTE

CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG
MUSTARD-1 TABLESPOON

COCONUT OIL-2 TABLESPOONS

PREPARATION

COOK ALL VEGETABLES WITH WATER AND SALT 

IF IN PRESSURE COOKER, COOK IT TILL 2 WHISTLES COME

MEANWHILE GRIND GRATED COCONUT, SHALLOTS, FENNEL SEEDS, GINGER.  GRIND INTO A FINE PASTE

HEAT A PAN
POUR OIL

SPLUTTER MUSTARD
FRY CURRY LEAVES

ADD THE GRINDED PASTE AND REMOVE WATER

ADD THE COOKED VEGETABLES
