MIXED VEGETABLE KURUMA


INGREDIENTS

CARROT-1 
GREEN PEAS-1/2 CUP
 RAW BANANA-1
ONION-1
TOMATO-1
FRENCH BEANS-1/4 CUP
LONG BEANS-1/4 CUP
POTATO-1


FENNEL SEEDS- 1 TABLESPOON

SALT

 WATER

GRATED COCONUT-1/2 CUP
GREEN CHILLIES-2-3
GINGER -1 INCH PIECE
GARLIC -5 CLOVES
POPPY SEEDS/ KHUSKHUS- 1 TABLESPOON

TO SAUTE

CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG
MUSTARD-1 TABLESPOON

COCONUT OIL-2 TABLESPOONS

TO GARNISH 

CORIANDER LEAVES

PREPARATION

COOK ALL VEGETABLES WITH LITTLE WATER AND SALT 

IF IN PRESSURE COOKER, COOK IT TILL 2 WHISTLES COME

MEANWHILE GRIND GRATED COCONUT,GREEN CHILLIES, GARLIC AND GINGER AND POPPY SEEDS .  GRIND INTO A FINE PASTE

HEAT A PAN
POUR OIL

SPLUTTER MUSTARD
FRY CURRY LEAVES

ADD THE GRINDED PASTE AND REMOVE WATER

ADD THE COOKED VEGETABLES

GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
