TAMARIND- A SMALL PIECE
OIL-2 TABLESPOONS
CURRY LEAVES- 2 SPRIGS
SALT
WATER- 1 CUP
PREPARATION
GRIND GRATED COCONUT, SHALLOTS, GINGER , POWDERS, TAMARIND IN A BLENDER
HEAT OIL
ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLY
FRY TILL ONION TURNS LIGHT BROWN
ADD GRIND PASTE
COOK WITH WATER
WHEN BOIL ADD BOILED EGGS WHICH IS SPLIT INTO 2
COOK IN LOW FLAME
ADD SALT AND CURRY LEAVES
