PREPARATION
HEAT OIL IN A KADAI
WHEN IT BECOMES HOT ADD THE SLICED JACKFRUIT PIECES LITTLE BY LITTLE
NOW FRY TILL CRISPY AND GOLDEN COLOUR
JUST BEFORE REMOVING FROM FLAME, SPRINKLE SALT WATER
DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL
ALLOW IT TO COOL
STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
