PREPARATION
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL WITH LITTLE WATER TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH
MAKE SMALL BALLS
ROLL THEM INTO SMALL CHAPPATIS OR POORIS
CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES OR DIAMONDS
DEEP FRY IN OIL
