SWEET  THUKADA

INGREDIENTS

MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP
SUGAR- 100 G
CARDAMOM  POWDER- A PINCH

BUTTER - 1 TABLESPOON
OIL - FOR FRYING

PREPARATION

MIX ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, CARDAMOM POWDER AND BUTTER WITH LITTLE WATER TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH

MAKE SMALL BALLS

ROLL THEM INTO SMALL CHAPPATIS OR POORIS

CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES OR DIAMONDS

DEEP FRY IN OIL

MAKE SUGAR SYRUP OF 1 LINE CONSISTENCY

DIP FRIED THUKKADA IN THIS SUGAR SYRUP
