ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
ADD GROUND MASALA
COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
ADD CLOVES, CINNAMON, PEPPER, CARDAMOM AND BAY LEAVES
ADD TOMATOES
ADD PRAWNS
FRY FOR 5 MINUTES
ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER AND RICE
CLOSE WITH A LID
COOK WELL
STIR OCCASIONALLY
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
