Crispy & Juicy Baked Ground Chicken Nuggets – OTG Oven Recipe

These nuggets are soft inside, crunchy outside, and packed with flavor — a healthy alternative to fried snacks without compromising on taste!




Ingredients

  • 500 g ground (minced) chicken

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture
    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, onion, garlic, paprika, pepper, herbs, parsley, and salt. If the mixture feels loose, add cornflour or extra breadcrumbs.

  2. Shape the nuggets
    Wet your hands slightly and shape the mixture into small, even nuggets or patties.

  3. Coat for extra crispiness
    Lightly coat the nuggets with additional breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture.

  4. Arrange on the tray
