AN EASY CABBAGE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
CABBAGE- 1/2
ONION- 1/2
GREEN CHILLIES- 2-4
TURMERIC POWDER- 1 PINCH
PEPPER POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
SALT
OIL
MUSTARD - 1 TABLESPOON
CURRY LEAVES - 1 SPRIG
PREPARATION
CHOP THE CABBAGE INTO FINE PIECES
WASH AND DRAIN WATER
HEAT OIL
SPLUTTER MUSTARD
ADD CURRY LEAVES
ADD ONION
FRY TILL IT BECOMES TRANSLUCENT
ADD CABBAGE, SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, PEPPER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT
CLOSE THE PAN
COOK IN LOW FLAME TILL CABBAGE IS COOKED
