LEBANESE GARLIC SAUCE 

INGREDIENTS

GARLIC- 1 BULB
SALT- 

LEMON-1
OLIVE OIL- 1/2 - 1  CUP


PREPARATION

BLEND GARLIC CLOVES, SALT AND LEMON JUICE IN A BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH

NOW ADD OLIVE OIL LITTLE BY LITTLE AND BLEND WELL

THE MIXTURE SHOULD BE THICK
