APPLE JAM

INGREDIENTS

APPLE-1 /2 KG

SUGAR- 1 CUP
CITRIC ACID-1 TABLESPOON
WATER-1/2 TABLESPOON

PREPARATION

PEEL THE APPLES
CUT INTO THIN PIECES

ADD WATER 
STEAM IT

WHEN COOLED GRIND IT

ADD SUGAR TO THIS AND COOK IT IN MEDIUM FLAME
STIRR TILL MIXTURE THICKENS

DISSOLVE CITRIC ACID IN WATER AND ADD IT
BOIL IT FOR 2 MINUTES

REMOVE FROM FLAME


ADD FLAVORING COLOUR
