LONG BEANS-1/4 CUP
BRINJAL-1/2
LADYS FINGER-4
POTATO-1
DRUM STICK-1

TAMARIND- 1 LEMON SIZED

SALT
TOOR DAAL/ തുവരപരിപ്പ്‌ -1/4 CUP

 WATER
SAMBAR POWDER-3-4 TABLESPOONS

TO SAUTE

CURRY LEAVES-1 SPRIG
MUSTARD-1 TABLESPOON
DRIED RED CHILLIES-3
FENUGREEK SEEDS- 1 TABLESPOON
ASAFETIDA POWDER-1/4 TABLESPOON-(OPTIONAL)

COCONUT OIL-4 TABLESPOONS

PREPARATION

SOAK TAMARIND IN 1/2 CUP WATER

COOK TOOR DAL AND VEGETABLES EXCEPT TOMATO AND LADYS FINGER WITH SALT  IN PRESSURE COOKER.
LET 2 TO 3 WHISTLE COME

TAKE A PAN . HEAT 2 TABLESPOON OF OIL.
ADD CHOPPED LADYS FINGER AND TOMATO  FRY IT

ADD TAMARIND WATER
LET IT BOIL
ADD TO COOKED VEGETABLES AND BOIL

WHEN IT THICKENS SAUTE IT WITH MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, DRIED RED CHILLY, FENUGREEKSEEDS AND ASAFETIDA POWDER IN COCONUT OIL

YOU CAN ALSO ADD CORIANDER LEAVES TO GARNISH IT
