AN EASY CHICKEN SZECHUAN RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN- 1/2 KG; BONELESS

CORN FLOUR-3 TABLESPOONS

ONION-2, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER- GARLIC PASTE-1 TABLESPOON
GREEN CHILLIES-3 ;CHOPPED
CAPSICUM-1 ;CHOPPED

TOMATO SAUCE-1 TABLESPOON
SOAYA SAUCE-1 TABLESPOON
CHILLY SAUCE-1 TABLESPOON

PEPPER POWDER- 1/2 TABLESPOON
CELERY-1/2 CUP; CHOPPED

SALT
OIL

PREPARATION

MARINATE CUT CHICKEN WITH CORN FLOUR, SOYA SAUCE, TOMATO SAUCE AND SALT
KEEP ASIDE FOR 1-2 HOURS PREFERABLY IN A REFRIGERATOR

FRY IN OIL

HEAT A PAN.  ADD OIL

FRY ONION FOR 2 MINUTES

THEN ADD CELERY, CAPSICUM, CHILLY SAUCE   FRY  FOR A MINUTE

NOW ADD FRIED CHICKEN, AND PEPPER POWDER AND SALT
