INGREDIENTS

ALMONDS- 1/2 CUP

MILK-3 CUPS
SUGAR- 1/2 CUP
SAFFRON- 1/2 TABLESPOON
KESARI POWDER COLOUR- A PINCH

PREPARATION

SOAK SAFFRON IN LITTLE COLD MILK
KEEP ASIDE

SOAK ALMONDS IN HOT WATER FOR 1 HOUR
PEEL SKIN
GRIND INTO A FINE PASTE WITH 1/2 CUP OF MILK

COOK ALMOND PASTE FOR 5-10 MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY

WHEN THE FLAVOR COMES OUT, ADD SUGAR AND KEEP STIRRING

ADD REMAINING MILK
BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES

ADD THE SOAKED SAFFRON

SERVE CHILLED
