PREPARATION
HEAT APAN
ADD GHEE
ROAST SEMOLINA IN LOW FLAME, STIRRING CONTINOUSLY
WHEN IT TURNS LIGHT BROWN , ADD SUGAR
STIR FOR 3-4 MINUTES
KEEP ASIDE FOR SOMETIME
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER, COCONUT FLAKES, NUTS AND HALF MILK
MIX WELL
NOW MAKE BALLS WITH THE HELP OF REST OF MILK
